I like posting my 'Friday Moments' because then I don't have to think of anything to say but I also don't feel guilty about having gone a whole week without posting. Ultimately it's your space to use as you wish, and you are who you are - some people are super organised planners who have a stock of posts written and ready to upload if they are having a busy day - I'm not one of them, and nor are you - I think that's ok!
